Returns: Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us at help@terrabeauty.com to begin your return process with a RMA number.
To be eligible for a return, MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN (because of state health regulations and personal courtesy), THE TAMPER SEAL MUST BE UNCUT AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR US TO REFUND YOUR ORDER. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to the original credit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
