We ship to the continental U.S., Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, rural routes, APO, FPO, and Puerto Rico.
FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $50.00 to continental U.S. locations that are delivered using USPS Priority Mail. The subtotal must exceed $50.00 after any discounts or promo codes have been applied to be eligible for free shipping. Free shipping is not available for expedited shipping.
SHIPPING CHARGES: $10.95 via USPS Priority Mail for continental U.S. locations and will take between 4 to 14 Business Days for delivery. $15.95 via UPS for continental U.S. locations and will take between 3 to 5 Business Days for delivery.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: Will take between 2 to 4 Business Days starting from the day after your order is received. Delays to your delivery caused by outside conditions such as inclement weather, strikes, or other unforeseen events are beyond our control.
ALASKA and HAWAII: Shipments to destinations outside the continental 48 states will incur an additional $5.00 shipping charges in addition to those listed above.
OTHER IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. CST. Orders placed after 3:00 P.M. CST will be processed the next business day. Once processed, orders are shipped within 2-3 days of order, but most will ship within 24 hours. We are closed on all major holidays. All shipping methods are not available for every shipping destination. P.O. Boxes and some other destinations will be delivered by USPS only. Delivery may be slightly longer for remote destinations. For items in your order that are out of stock or on back order, you will be asked if you wish to be credited the amount for the items that are out of stock or on back order when your order ships. Orders that are canceled or refused after being shipped or returned because unclaimed will be charged a $10.00 restocking fee. We cannot be responsible for orders lost or stolen once given to UPS or USPS.
