Returns and Exchanges

Returns
Your complete satisfaction is important to us. Our return and exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since the purchase date, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Please email us at help@terrabeauty.com to begin your return process with a RMA number. 

To be eligible for a return, MERCHANDISE MUST BE RETURNED UNWORN (because of state health regulations and personal courtesy), THE TAMPER SEAL MUST BE UNCUT AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING FOR US TO REFUND YOUR ORDER.  Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to the original credit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Sale items end in $.95.  Returns and exchanges are not allowed for items in the Specials section. Special items are final sales. 

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Shipping
To return your product, ship your return to: 7144 North Harlem, #319, Chicago Illinois US 60631.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping your return. You may use any shipping company to ship your return or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that the shipping company you use will properly ship your return or exchange.
